This is a special, up and coming young artist with extraordinary technical skills. Even more importantly, she has statements to make and the understanding of how her technical skills are to be supportive in nature - not primary in nature. She has captured a story in this picture, and she has used her skills only to tell that story, to express her feelings, and to engage viewers of her work in that story's possible meanings. This makes her a truly special artist. Monica is a European artist who recently has come to the U.S. for an exhibition in Denver, Colorado. To quote her: "I took part in some collective (art) courses where I got some prizes, (and I was able to) exhibit my works at exhibitions"... "For me painting is not only a hobby, but as well as this (it is simply my) reason to live in life, a thing for which I live and which makes me happy"... She has passion, and true commitment, and with this she already has a large number of happy patrons who have supported her work, and fallen in love with the pieces that they have purchased.
